My plan has slightly changed given the inclement weather. I am not bringing a tent. Instead, Eric helped me figure out how to sleep in the car. I'll be able to stretch fully out. So that's part of the plan. It's cutting down on crap I'm bringing, which is good too!
I'll be keeping the car gassed up in case of evacuation orders, but I don't anticipate much changing since we're so far inland. I'll be bringing my ankle muck boots and towels, lol. I bought a fancy rain jacket at REI on clearance on Saturday, so I'm pretty much guaranteed that the hurricane will turn north and avoid the area entirely. (LOL)
